If you haven't noticed, I take a lot of macro photos. I love f/1.8, depth of field, cropped images and details, details, details. I am fascinated with texture, patterns, color and design.
This week has been pretty bad for me so I wanted to distract myself from thinking and took some photos. I have a closet full of clothes that are waiting to accompany me in: eating good food, walking the beach pier, browsing summer festivals/flea markets and everything else under the warm sun.
Items from Zara, Martin+Osa, Gap and F21. I stuck with a pale more neutral palette.

I love your photographs♥
ReplyDeleteI like the song as well. [:
I love the colours <3
ReplyDeleteRegarding that creepy man, the situation really does seem like something you'd see on the news or read in the paper. I've been feeling a bit iffy and I think I might take up martial arts or something =S You never really expect anything to happen to yourself but the girls on the news .. they didn't either. Lol =S
I love all your pictures. I like pictures taken in the macro setting, it's more in depth I think :P You get to see every little detail, I LOVE IT :)
ReplyDeleteSuch soft springy photos :). I love a good texture as well, I'm much more into feeling most things than I am into actually looking at them (except clothes!)

They really bring a smile to my face :) And yes, you did spy a pretty mirror^^ I love these pictures and they look like close ups of a lot of supercool dresses (and other stuff) I hate it when you've got so much to wear but no occasion (or crappy weather ><) to wear them to! x

ReplyDeleteI like your taste in music! I am a huge Death Cab fan!
I love your photography and style and the way you present it! It's so cute and it's your style! I love f/1.8, but f/1.4, omg! I need to buy a 50mm lens asap! Then it'll be my default lens, no doubt.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your very encouraging and enlightening words. I have accepted the fact that things have changed and I think I'll always be affected by it, but I'm ready to move on and be happy. Trust me, I moped and felt blue for so long, but it's such an awful feeling to just lie around and do nothing. I'm making an effort to do things, but it's slowly getting there... slowly. Thanks again for your kind words, I really appreciate it. You're wonderful! Can't wait to go back to Hong Kong and enjoy the sweltering heat!
Haha I love macro pictures too :)
ReplyDeleteWow, those are some great MACRO photos.

Ooo were you born and raised in the U.S? Or were you born in Asia? If so, where were you from? :)
I can always get you stuff from Topshop! =D That's one thing that Singapore has that not all states in the U.S have right? As far as I know, only NYC has a Topshop flagship store? But yeah, I'd be more than happy to get stuff for you! :) We usually have the stuff that's on the online website so you can check it out and I can get it for you anytime when I'm back! :)
