below are some highlights of the what seemed like a never ending tapas style meal, complete with 4 different desserts. once in awhile, you've just got to spoil your taste buds with the non ordinary. with that said, i would definitely recommend animal to anyone who is in the los angeles area.
foie gras loco moco, quail egg, spam, hamburger
veal brains, vadouvan, apple sauce, carrot
bacon chocolate crunch bar, s&p anglaise
tres leches, dulce de leche
